[edit] Trivia/Goofs

  • The episode's name is a spoof of the 1960's movie, West Side Story.
  • This episode includes a reference to Survivor.
  • Eddie gives the coyote a 100 dollar bill, but in Eddie's Money, he said he didn't know the Government made anything less than 1,000 bills.
  • The Eastley kids and the Westley kids have identical names. Lil' D = Lil' G,

Eddie = Freddie, Philly Phil = Brooklyn Bill, Madison = Addison, Kim = Jim, Kam = Jam. The only people who don't have identical names are Tamika and Bambi.

  • The song is the only song where nobody actually sings.
  • There is a reference to E.T at the end of the episode, when the coyote flies across the moon.
  • While Kim and Kam were having a stare-down near the beginning, if you look closely you'll see that Kim's pendant had disappeared.
  • When LiL' D asked Sunny if they would be able to defeat them, he sounded and acted a lot like Gandalf from the Lord of the Rings when he was saying the quote "They shall not pass!"
  • Sunny emulates Gollum when referring to the ribbon. He refers to it as "Precious," and says "We needs it!" in a manner that clearly resembles Gollum's speech.
  • Running Gag- Eastly keeps on throwing rocks in Westly's bus
  • It is revealed that Kim can also play the piano. But it makes sense because in order to learn percussion, you need experience in piano. The keys for a xylophone and piano are also the same.
  • This is the first episode since "Peanuts,Get Yer Peanuts!" that doesn't have the "Ow,my eye!" joke.
  • The van that dropped the bikes is named "Convenient bike drop inc."
  • The plot is similar to both the DS version of Tony Hawk's Downhill Jam and The Adventures of Jimmy Neutron movie Win, Lose, and Kaboom.
  • Eddie's crush on Tamika is hinted again when the kids find their rythym and Tamika's is Eddie being pile drived and he says "Like they say you always pile drive the one you love"
  • There are hints of a Madison/Lil'D relationship because they appear near each other over 20 times in the episode. About half of it they are talking or staring at each other.
  • When Sunny is talking about conitative skills, when we see Li'L D,his hat has turned blue!
  • An upright bass is on the Westley bus' top and Philly Phil is seem taking it into the theater. But, in the next scene with the other kids, Philly Phil has the electronic bass!
