Westfield Manukau City is a shopping centre located in Manukau City which first opened in 1976 [1] (which would make it one of the oldest in NZ)^{[citation needed]}, one of the main commercial centres in Auckland.^{[citation needed]} The centre features a medium sized Farmers, Foodtown, food court and around 140 stores. The centre has not reached its full potential value,^{[citation needed]} although Westfield Group are answering this with the future construction of new cinemas.
