Westfield is a town located in Marquette County, Wisconsin. As of the 2000 census, the town had a total population of 689. The Village of Westfield is located mostly within the town.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 74.8 km² (28.9 mi²). 73.4 km² (28.4 mi²) of it is land and 1.4 km² (0.5 mi²) of it is water. The total area is 1.87% water.

As of the census of 2000, there are 689 people, 279 households, and 210 families residing in the town. The population density is 9.4/km² (24.3/mi²). There are 414 housing units at an average density of 5.6 persons/km² (14.6 persons/mi²). The racial makeup of the town is 98.98% White, 0.15% African American, 0.00% Native American, 0.73% Asian, 0.15% Pacific Islander, 0.00% from other races, and 0.00% from two or more races. 0.73% of the population are Hispanic or Latino of any race.
There are 279 households out of which 26.5% have children under the age of 18 living with them, 67.4% are married couples living together, 4.7% have a woman whose husband does not live with her, and 24.7% are non-families. 20.1% of all households are made up of individuals and 9.0% have someone living alone who is 65 years of age or older. The average household size is 2.46 and the average family size is 2.74.
In the town the population is spread out with 21.6% under the age of 18, 4.4% from 18 to 24, 27.3% from 25 to 44, 25.7% from 45 to 64, and 21.0% who are 65 years of age or older. The median age is 43 years. For every 100 females there are 98.6 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there are 100.7 males.
