Western Launch and Test Range

The Western Launch and Test Range (WLTR) is a space launch range located at Vandenberg Air Force Base. Operated by the 30th Space Wing, the WLTR begins at the coastal boundaries of Vandenberg and extends westward to the Marshall Islands, including sites in Hawaii on Oahu and Molokai. Operations involve military, government, and commercial interests.
