Westbrookville is located in the Town of Deer Park in Sullivan County, New York. Situated between Middletown and Port Jervis New York, it is close to the borders of Pennsylvania and New Jersey. It is located within the Port Jervis City School districts. It contains many small businesses and is a very community minded area.
