West Sullivan, Missouri is a village on former U.S. Highway 66 in Crawford County. The city limits are adjacent to Sullivan on the east and St. Cloud on the west. The community was incorporated in 2000. Its current population is 80. Like Sullivan, it lies on Interstate 44, but does not have an exit of its own, lying between Sullivan's westernmost exit and Bourbon.
