West Seneca East Senior High is a public, co-educational high school in the West Seneca Central School District and serves grades nine through twelve. It is accredited by the New York State Board of Regents. Mrs. Angela LaPaglia currently heads the school as principal (as of 2005), along with Mr. Jonathan Cervoni and Mr. Timothy Oldenburg as assistant principals.

West Seneca East Senior High opened in January of 1970 due to an overcrowding at West Seneca West Senior High School that included split sessions. The need for a new senior high was paramount due to the use of split sessions - one in the morning and one in the afternoon (John Karlis, letter, December 22, 2005).

In the 2003-2004 school year, there were 1123 students enrolled in the high school. The average class size is 22 students. 52% of students graduating in the 2003-2004 school year went on to a 4-year college, 31% went on to a 2-year college, 4% went to an other post secondary school, and 1% went on to employment.

In 2003-2004 school year, there were 84 teachers on staff.
