West Linn High School is a public high school in West Linn, Oregon, United States. It is one of two high schools in the West Linn-Wilsonville School District, and is known for achieving high standardized test scores as well as having a large percentage of graduates who go on to attend college.[citation needed]

West Linn High School is also known for having the "Christmas Tree Jump" video on youtube.com Christmas of 2006. The video features a "not-so-bright" student jumping from the second story of the high school onto a CHRISTMAS TREE (not "Non-denominational shrub"), knocking down the tree and sending his peers into a roar of laughter, applause and other strange celebration rituals including one student who dances like a chimpanzee having seizures.[citation needed]

The student was arrested immediately and expelled. He was later reinstated and the Christmas tree continues to be an annual presence at West Linn High School.

This school has a massive amount of firewalls on the internet blocking all sites using the program Flash, making it diffacult to do anything useful while on the school server. Also, unusually, computer games aren't permitted.
