West Footscray is a railway station in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia located in the suburb of West Footscray, on the Sydenham railway line. It is in Metcard Zone 1.
West Footscray station is unmanned.
[edit] Location
The station is located at the western end of the Geelong Road overpass and between Sunshine Road and Cross Street. The Melbourne - Sydney SG line is adjacent to the station.
[edit] Facilities
The station consists of two side platforms. Platform 1 contains a large fibro building while platform 2 contains a small brick building. A large Metcard machine is located at the entrance to platform 1, which is able to dispense most ticketing options available and also accept notes and coins. A small Metcard machine is located at the entrance to platform 2. A footbridge and a disused signal box are located at the UP end of the station, whist a disused goods shed is located adjacent to platform 2.
Both platforms can be accessed via Sunshine Road and Cross Street.

West Footscray Station opened on Monday, October 1, 1888 as Footscray West. It was later renamed to West Footscray in 1912.
