West Farms Square–East Tremont Avenue is an elevated station on the IRT White Plains Road Line of the New York City Subway. It is located at the intersection of East Tremont Avenue and Boston Road in the Bronx, it is served by the 2 (all times) and 5 trains (all times except late nights and rush hours in the peak direction).

The station is very high and has escalators to the street. The Bronx Zoo is nearby. Northbound, there are two extra exits that the other stations along this line lack. The wood mezzanine has a rubberized floor and textured frosted glass windows. Just north of the station are the abandoned trackways to 180th Street-Bronx Park, the original terminal of this line.

This station was originally known as 177th Street. It has recently been renovated.
