West Clear Creek Wilderness

West Clear Creek is the product of Willow Creek and Clover Creek joining together in the Mogollon Rim, which is part of the Colorado Plateau. Located east of Camp Verde, Arizona, it is part of Coconino National Forest and is designated a wilderness area. There are no mechanized vehicles allowed in West Clear Creek Wilderness area, which makes it a great place for people wanting to escape civilization and technology. Common activities in West Clear Creek are swimming, fishing, backpacking, hiking, and just enjoying the wilderness. You will find a variety of plants and animals along with extremelty cold water flowing year round.
