Wesley "Wes" Hoolahan (born 28 May 1982 in Dublin) is an Irish professional footballer who plays as a left midfielder for Livingston. He is currently on a season-long loan to Blackpool.

Hoolahan started his career at Shelbourne where he won three League of Ireland championships and excelled during their run in the Champions League qualifiers in 2004/05.

He has also been capped at under-21 level for Republic of Ireland. He was the PFAI Young Player of the Year in 2002/3.

Hoolahan scored his first goal for Blackpool on September 30, 2006, a penalty in a 3-0 win over Leyton Orient at Bloomfield Road.[1]

On December 15, 2006, he scored a goal and was sent off in a 3-1 win at Scunthorpe.

He is currently Blackpool's penalty-taker.
