Werefox

A werefox can be any number of the following legendary creatures in folklore:

• A creature of the same class as a werewolf (they are both canine-human hybrids), but is capable of turning into a humanoid fox. They are not vicious or bloodthirsty, but instead more cunning and deceptive. They may even attempt to live as normal humans, but only concealing themselves away when they get ready to transform; or

• Werecreatures seen as the mischievous pranksters in Japan. They are usually thought to be foxes who turn into people instead of people who turn into foxes, but it is possible to occur either way. The transformation abilities are so powerful that kitsune can often turn into an exact copy of any person they encounter, leading to much mischief.
