Welham Boys' School

Welham Boys' School is a school in Dehradun (Uttranchal), India. The school is situated in the foothills of the Himalaya mountains, in the Doon Valley. Originally created as a feeder school for the prestigious Doon School, it later spawned into a boarding school in its own right.
Some of its famous Alumni are: Rajiv Gandhi (Former Indian Prime Minister), Mansoor Ali Khan Pataudi (Former Indian Cricket Captain), Mani Shankar Aiyar (Politician), Shaad Ali (Film Director), Chandrachur Singh (Actor), Zayed Khan (Actor).
Nestling in the foothills of the Himalayas over an area of 30 acres, the hills and rivers of the Doon valley, Welham Boys' School, a Boarding School for Boys, affiliated to ICSE and ICE, has students from varying backgrounds and from many different parts of the sub-continent and elsewhere.The school a Residential School for Boys, is a member of Round Square and is also affiliated with IPSC, is situated in Dehradun, Uttranchal (India) It provides an environment that encourages a questioning mind and gives students many avenues for expressing their creativity and building their skills.
