Welcome Interstate Managers is an album by Fountains of Wayne. It was released on June 10, 2003, and included the hit song "Stacy's Mom", which garnered significant airplay in the summer of 2003, and remained popular into the fall. "Mexican Wine" was the next single and video, but it was prematurely pulled from promotion due to some controversial references in its lyrics. Instead, their record label promoted a softer ballad "Hey Julie," which did not make much of an impact on the popular music charts.

Notable is the ballad "All Kinds of Time", which has as its unlikely subject a football quarterback executing a textbook-perfect play in slow-motion. That song was picked up for use by the National Football League in a promotional video that began airing during the 2004 season. Additionally, guitarist James Iha of the Smashing Pumpkins plays guitar on this track.
