While I appreciate your work on the article, it does fail WP:BIO. The person has been the primary subject of multiple non-trivial published works whose source is independent of the person. (Multiple similar stories describing a single day's news event only count as one coverage.) only one coverage by Yahoo does not make him notable. Remember, Lonelygirl15 was mentioned once by the New York Times but was removed due to this. Unless there are more published works and reliable sources citing him, I am sorry but I feel the need to put the page up for AfD. --Brian (How am I doing?) 19:09, 14 August 2006 (UTC)
Does the largest media outlet in the world fit the bill? ie, the BBC? Channel 4 news, and countless newspapers accross the country :) Spud
Well, the problem with just saying this is Wikipedia needs not only the channel/broadcaster but also the Date, Time, and Show it was on. Links are also needed to the broadcaster's site or somewhere to prove this was the case. As for the newspapers...they need to be linked and cited. Another problem is these sources must be a non-trivial coverage. The coverage must be about him only, not mentioning any one else...otherwise it's a collage segment and concidered trivial by Wikipedia. --Brian (How am I doing?) 19:32, 14 August 2006 (UTC)
