There is no "right to limit exposure" because it infringes on freedom of speech etc. 'Fact' is not slander; if you can think of a more polite way of presenting this information please feel free to do so. If people want to find your site they have Google and whole internet to do so. Additionally authorities can find the site by network analysis even if no one ever links to it. - Prove that bitmetv provides illegal content, and you can list it as NO. It should read "?" at best.
