[edit] Article creation

Well, here it is. I've also included this article in Project WH40K. I haven't deleted the information contained here from the original Necron article, nor does it contain a link to this one.. yet. I'd like to first hear your opinions and suggestions before going public. Take care.. --Xasf 11:06, 03 July 2006 (GMT+3)

Be bold! Cheers --Pak21 08:26, 3 July 2006 (UTC)
Since you ask for it.. ;) Removed duplicate content & linked Necron to this article. Take care.. --Xasf 11:36, 03 July 2006 (GMT+3)

[edit] Living metal?

Shouldn't Living Metal get a mention here? It is "technology", after all- remember that the Necrontyr came up with it, and did not use Warp-stuff (so it's clearly technology, and not "magic" or anything like that). It's pretty important to the Necrons... seems to me it should get a nod. Cheers --DarthBinky 15:51, 4 July 2006 (UTC)

There is a small reference and wikilink to Necrodermis Living Metal in the Warscythe and Monolith descriptions, but if you'd like to see something more extensive.. Well, I'm not sure how we can categorize a material technology under weapons, equipment or vehicles.. You are welcome to try though.. Take care --Xasf 09:13, 05 July 2006 (GMT+3)

[edit] Gauss tech

Actually, there's just one slight mention in the Codex fluff about their relation to actual gauss guns. Necron gauss weapons are described as "asynchronous linear induction motors" at one point. A real-life gauss weapon -IS- essentially an ALIM (See here). Beyond that however, its all fictional nonsense. CABAL 12:29, 27 November 2006 (UTC)
