WCVI-TV is a full-power television station in St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands transmitting over analog channel 39. WCVI is owned by Virgin Blue Inc. The station since September 2006, has been affiliated with The CW Television Network.

Despite being on the island of St. Croix, WCVI's signal reaches the entire territory of the U.S. Virgin Islands. The station has a construction permit for its digital station on channel 23, but has been unable to put it on the air due to financial difficulties.

WCVI was founded as WATU on May 16, 1997, but then changed its call letters to the current WCVI-TV that same year on June 30 and since its inception been with the UPN Television Network. At one point, the station also carried Urban America Television as a secondary but was discontinued when that network ceased operations on May 1, 2006. The station has since joined The CW Television Network following the shutdown of both UPN and The WB. The CW which is a 50/50 joint venture between CBS Corporation and Time Warner took to the air on September 18, 2006.

WCVI airs The CW's primetime schedule as well as religious programming, movies, infotainment, and various other programming. It also airs syndicated reruns of The Parkers and Girlfriends, and first-run episodes of Cheaters.
