WCUA is the college radio station broadcast from The Catholic University of America. Lacking a license to broadcast at their designated frequency at 97.5 MHz FM, the station currently only broadcasts over the campus-wide TV station and over the internet at their website. One of the more popular radio programs on the station is known as CuaPunkRadio, which is hosted by Ryan Smith and his friends, including Kyle Cocchi, who raps, sings and occasionally engages in fisticuffs outside the Hawk n'Dove bar. This program, hosted weekly on Sunday nights, has featured many prominent punk artists and received both criticism and praise for its "rough content" and lack of professionalism and was featured worldwide on Sirius Satellite Radio's The Faction (Ch. 28).
