WCHC 88.1-FM is the student-run radio station of College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, MA, its city of license and broadcasts at a frequency of 88.1 MHz.
WCHC's official slogan is: "Worcester's Only Alternative Source"
The station is operated by mainly student DJs who play a wide variety of music, from rock to classical and modern, including talk shows about sports, politics, and modern events.

All home games and a handful of away games of Holy Cross' Crusader sporting events, namely football, basketball, and ice hockey, are broadast live on WCHC.
[edit] Live Web Streaming
In 1999, WCHC became one of the internet's first FM radio stations that not only streamed live radio shows, but featured archived of various shows as well. The site also featured written reviews of albums and singles, along with a variety of the latest songs available for streaming in Real Audio. Much of this, including the webcast testing phases that took place in 1998, have been documented by The Worcester Phoenix (a local newspaper), via its former journalist Brian Goslow.
In the summer of 2002, the live webcasting, reviews, and audio clip streaming, ceased. However, in December 2005, the station resumed its live webcasting again. The station can once again be heard 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, at:
