WBXI is the CW affiliate for Binghamton, New York. It broadcasts exclusively on cable as part of The CW Plus, as the Binghamton market is ranked below 100. It is owned by CBS affiliate WBNG.
It was announced on April 24 that cable-only WBXI would affiliate with The CW in September 2006 when UPN and The WB end operations along with a digital subchannel from WBNG. The station was formerly an affiliate for The WB 100+
