WBDR

WBDR is a radio station in Cape Vincent, New York. The station airs a country music format, branded as Kix 102.7, at 102.7 FM.
Although officially licensed to a community in the United States, the station primarily targets the larger neighbouring Canadian market of Kingston, Ontario. The station is owned by Border International Broadcasting, but operates through a local marketing agreement from the studios of CIKR in Kingston. It is rated as part of Nielsen BDS' Canadian Border Stations Airplay panel.
