Wayne Thomson

Wayne Thomson is the former Mayor of Niagara Falls, Ontario. He was also the President of the Niagara Falls Pit Bull Owners' Association and is an avid fly fisherman. He won the 1996 Ontario "Fishin' on the fly" Championship.
