[edit] Notability?

I have some notability concerns about this article; the subject doesn't seem to get a lot of google hits, and tellingly, the top hits are wikipedia and mirrors; the main body of the article seems to have have originated from a great dump'o'text from an anon, making one suspect possible promotion.
