Watershed is a band based in Columbus, Ohio, playing music in the genre of power-pop. They were once hailed as "Rock & Roll's Last Hope".

Lead guitarist, Colin Gawel also owns Columbus, Ohio's local coffee store, Colin's Coffee.

The band backs Lou Brutus, XM Satellite's Channel 53 (Fungus 53) program director, as the Dead Schembechlers before the annual Ohio State-Michigan football game. The name was a lighthearted jab at Michigan coach Bo Schembechler, who upon hearing about the band name was reportedly quite amused.[1] Following Schembechler's passing on November 17, 2006, the Dead Schembechlers changed their name to the Bastard Sons of Woody, a reference to former Ohio State coach Woody Hayes.[2]
