Waterpark City is a condo project in Toronto near Fort York and the Canadian National Exhibition, on the site of the fomer Molson brewery.. It stands at 38 floors, 409 units and 114 metres. It is built by Page + Steele Inc. Two additional buildings on the site are to be called Aquarius and Atlantis.

It is one of many condo projects in the downtown core.
