Washtucna is a town in Adams County, Washington, United States. The population was 260 at the 2000 census.

Washtucna was officially incorporated on November 14, 1903.

Washtucna is located at 46°45'12" North, 118°18'46" West (46.753375, -118.312687)GR1.
According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 1.4 km² (0.5 mi²); all of it land.

As of the censusGR2 of 2000, there were 260 people, 110 households, and 72 families residing in the town. The population density was 185.9/km² (484.7/mi²). There were 133 housing units at an average density of 95.1/km² (247.9/mi²). The racial makeup of the town was 96.15% White, 1.92% Native American and 1.92% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 4.23% of the population.
There were 110 households out of which 32.7% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 50.0% were married couples living together, 11.8% had a female householder with no husband present, and 34.5% were non-families. 32.7% of all households were made up of individuals and 10.9% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.36 and the average family size was 2.96.
In the town the population was spread out with 28.5% under the age of 18, 3.8% from 18 to 24, 23.8% from 25 to 44, 28.1% from 45 to 64, and 15.8% who were 65 years of age or older. The median age was 41 years. For every 100 females there were 89.8 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 91.8 males.
The median income for a household in the town was $34,688, and the median income for a family was $45,000. Males had a median income of $31,964 versus $33,750 for females. The per capita income for the town was $17,487. About 16.2% of families and 20.1% of the population were below the poverty line, including 29.8% of those under the age of eighteen and 8.9% of those sixty five or over.
