State Route 25, also known as SR-25, is a state highway in the U.S. state of Washington. Originating at U.S. Route 2 in Davenport, SR-25 extends north through the Spokane Indian Reservation and the Lake Roosevelt National Recreation Area, before terminating at the Canadian border and continuing as Highway 22 in British Columbia.

State Route 251 is a former spur route of State Route 25. It was first signed in the 1964 state highway renumbering, and ran from SR 25 in Newport to the Canadian border near Waneta, British Columbia, where it continued as Highway 22A. It was decommissioned in Washington c. 1983.
