State Route 21, also known as SR-21, is a state highway in the U.S. state of Washington. It extends from State Route 260 in the tiny town of Kahlotus north to the Canadian border, where it becomes British Columbia provincial highway 41. SR-21 is 191.34 miles long.
The ferry Martha S. connects northern and southern segments of the highway across the Columbia River at Franklin D. Roosevelt Lake.
Prior to 1964, SR-21 was designated SSH-4B between Odessa and Wilbur; PSH-4 between Wilbur and Republic; and SSH-4A between Republic and the border.
