I propose that we merge this article with the National Capital Area article. The two are, for all practical purposes, identical. Thomasmallen 16:48, 24 January 2007 (UTC)

  • KEEP Geopgraphically they are not identical and their use is not synonymous within the three agencies (DoD, DHS, and GSA) who use them. --Daysleeper47 20:20, 21 February 2007 (UTC)
