survived cfd, Rschen7754 has requested protection, and category isn't simply redundant, near as i can make out from briefly comparing the two. So i've removed the csd tag. Please don't put it back. --He:ah? 23:23, 8 April 2006 (UTC)

It is completely redundant - a state highway in Washington is a road maintained by the state. Interstates and U.S. Routes are state highways. --SPUI (T - C - RFC) 18:22, 9 April 2006 (UTC)
This cat may not be redundant, but it is empty.... — xaosflux Talk 02:01, 10 April 2006 (UTC)
Basically because SPUI has been emptying categories he does not like and tagging them as empty. --Rschen7754 (talk - contribs) 02:11, 10 April 2006 (UTC)
Due to this ongoing debate, I've delisted this from WP:CSD, please bring to WP:CFD. In the meantime, this category needs to be (re)populated within 10 days or may be relisted on CSD as {{empty}}. It would be preferable to run through CFD to avoid edit warring over articles that may be categorized here. — xaosflux Talk 13:30, 10 April 2006 (UTC)
This has been repopulated. However, SPUI depopulated it again. --Rschen7754 (talk - contribs) 23:49, 10 April 2006 (UTC)
