Warwick Shire Council is a Local Government Area in the Darling Downs region of Queensland, Australia. The administrative centre and major town of the shire is the town of Warwick.

Other towns in the shire include Allora, Killarney, Yangan, Dalveen, Karara, Leyburn and Maryvale.

The shire was formed in July 1994, with the amalgamation of Warwick City and three surrounding shires, Glengallan, Rosenthal, and Allora.[1]
