[edit] Background

Brad and Brett Warren grew up in Tampa, Florida. They previously headlined local bands including a christian rock band called St. Warren. The group had been signed BNA Records in 1997. Later, they were then discovered by Faith Hill, who with husband Tim McGraw brought the brothers on board with them as the opening act of McGraw and Hill's Soul2Soul Tour in 2000. CMT signed the brothers to their own reality TV series called "Barely Famous: The Warren Brothers".

The Warren Brothers have co-written songs for other artists, including "The Lucky One" by Faith Hill, as well as Martina McBride's current single, "Anyway".
