[edit] North Warnervale station
As the area of Warnervale has rapidly expanded to the north of the station, another station around 1.5km north of Warnervale is planned to serve a new town centre in Woongarrah. The station has been provisionally called North Warnervale. Council plans were put on display in March 2006 and construction may be underway as early as July 2006. The existing station is expected to remain.
