The Warner baronetcy of Parham, Suffolk was created in 1660 in the Baronetcy of England. It became extinct on the death of the first baronet.

The Warner baronetcy of Brettenham Park, Suffolk was created on 9 July 1910 in the Baronetcy of the United Kingdom, for the politician Thomas Warner, who was Member of Parliament (MP) for North Somerset 1892-1895 and for Lichfield 1896-1923.
