Warilla High School is a New South Wales Department of Education and Training (DET) owned school located in the South Coast government area, Shellharbour City.

Although the school is called Warilla High School, it is in fact located in the suburb of Barrack Heights and there were suggestions of renaming the school to reflect the change in primary feeder schools (Flinders Public School, Warilla Public School, Shellharbour Public School, Barrack Heights Public School). Warilla High School was opened in 1965 and is a world class comprehensive school.

Warilla High School currently has an enrollment of 1080 students and approximately 100 staff. The school offers a wide range of subjects across most key learning areas. Warilla High School offers a wide range of extra curricular activities with notable achievements in rugby and photography.

The current principal is Mr J Hambly.

Since the School's opening Warilla High School has had a colourful history. The School celebrated its 40th anniversary in 2005 and continues to evolve to meet educational needs. This web page will celebrate our history.
