WARM is an American adult contemporary radio station based in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania broadcasting at 103.3 MHz FM. It is owned and operated by Steel City Media. WARM's studios and offices are located in York, PA. Listeners in the Philadelphia region may have interference with WPRB, Princeton which shares the same frequency.

WARM-103 hit Central Pennsylvania radio dials on March 28, 1983.

WNIC's on-air slogan is "Soft Rock... Less Talk", featuring Soft Rock of the 80's, 90's, and today. Air talent lineup (March 2006):

  • 5-9 a.m.: WARM-103 MORNING SHOW with Melanie Gardner, and John London
  • 9-10 a.m.: John London
  • 10-2 p.m.: DENNIS WAGNER
  • 2-7 p.m.: Chris Charles
