I took this screen capture of the browser based game, Warriors 2.

The screen capture shows a warrior who just entered the dungeon, "The Shaft" after a battle with a Chaos Warrior.

I, Tyrson, believe this image should be categorized under fair use in the above mentioned article because:

It is low resolution.
No images associated with this game have been released to the public domain.
It does not limit the copyright owners rights or ability to sell the game.
The image is used solely to illustrate the game's appearance and game play.
