Wannock is a small village in East Sussex. It lies in the South Downs between the villages of Polegate and Jevington. Although it has a Village Hall, there is no church, pub or shops.

There were once two tea gardens in Wannock which were popular with coach parties visiting from the nearby seaside town of Eastbourne. One was built on stilts over the local beauty spot of Wannock Glen.
