Wandsworth Common

Wandsworth common is a well to do common in Wandsworth, south London. It is close to Clapham common and Wandsworth common train station. It is wholly in the London borough of Wandsworth.

Houses on the Wandsworth (SW18) side are in the what is know as the Toast Rack and are large middleclass Victoria Semis and Detached homes in the 2m bracket, some with blue plaques denoting important residences from times gone by. The residence are around the upper-middle class background. There is a strong foundation for a family like community. There are also alot of basements being done in the area.


The shops and restaurants along Bellevue Road are of a premium but independent format, surrounded by upmarket but small Victoria housing. Notable restaurants include Chez Bruce.
