[edit] University of Cincinnati
Hi,
I've noticed we've been reverting each other's edits in the article University of Cincinnati. I looked into it, and Nancy Zimpher and Company have apparently renamed things since I attended UC. (class of 2005). My bad. Iepeulas 00:45, 25 October 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Welcome to Wikipedia!
Hello Wangry, welcome to Wikipedia! I hope you like it here and decide to stay. It's a small wiki afterall: I just tagged an article you were working on as a speedy; you just edited my high school's article (Garfield), which I did the bulk of the work on. Anyway, keep up the good work. Here are some tips for editing:
- First, follow the Five Pillars of Wikipedia
- Take a look at the Simplified Ruleset.
- Read the Tutorial, How to edit a page, and the Manual of Style.
- Find out how to revert, move and merge pages.
- Learn what the proper tags to place on stubs (short articles) are.
- Learn how Articles for deletion works.
- Add yourself to the New user log and a regional notice board.
- Ask questions at the Village pump or Help desk.
- Use the Show preview button.
- Provide an Edit summary.
- Read the Picture tutorial for help with images and remember to add the correct image copyright tag to any images you upload.
- Create a User page.
- Be bold.
- Ignore all rules.
- If you're ready for the complete list of Wikipedia documentation, there's also Wikipedia:Topical index.
If you feel a change is needed, feel free to make it yourself! Wikipedia is a wiki, so anyone (yourself included) can edit any article by following the Edit this page link. Wikipedia convention is to be bold and not be afraid of making mistakes. If you're not sure how editing works, have a look at How to edit a page, or try out the Sandbox to test your editing skills.
If, for some reason, you are unable to fix a problem yourself, feel free to ask someone else to do it. Wikipedia has a vibrant community of contributors who have a wide range of skills and specialties, and many of them would be glad to help. There are also the help pages for self-help and the village pump and IRC Channels, where you are more than welcome to ask for assistance. You should also feel free to ask me on my Talk page.
I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! By the way, you can sign your name on Talk and vote pages using three tildes, like this: ~~~. Four tildes(~~~~) produces your name and the current date. Please do not add this signature to encyclopedia articles you may edit, however, even if you have created them. Wikipedia articles are owned by the community, not by any one person. Again, welcome! —WAvegetarian•(talk) 06:58, 6 June 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Image tagging for Image:Driver-pl-nycskyline.jpg
Thanks for uploading Image:Driver-pl-nycskyline.jpg. The image has been identified as not specifying the source and creator of the image, which is required by Wikipedia's policy on images. If you don't indicate the source and creator of the image on the image's description page, it may be deleted some time in the next seven days. If you have uploaded other images, please verify that you have provided source information for them as well.
For more information on using images, see the following pages:
This is an automated notice by OrphanBot. For assistance on the image use policy, see Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. 04:07, 15 December 2006 (UTC)
[edit] True Crime: Streets of LA
Did YOU discuss before making the changes? GoldDragon 05:29, 14 January 2007 (UTC)
- Sorry about getting off on the wrong foot there, others who have used a similar message in the past weren't holding out an olive branch but I assumed wrong in your case. I'll discuss it further tomorrow. GoldDragon 06:08, 14 January 2007 (UTC)

It tries to recommend only articles that other Wikipedians have marked as needing work. Your contributions make Wikipedia better -- thanks for helping.
If you have feedback on how to make SuggestBot better, please tell me on SuggestBot's talk page. Thanks from ForteTuba, SuggestBot's caretaker.
P.S. You received these suggestions because your name was listed on the SuggestBot request page. If this was in error, sorry about the confusion. -- SuggestBot 19:41, 16 January 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Hello Detroit Architectural contributers:
The following category Category:Buildings with sculpture by Corrado Parducci is up for deletion. (I don't know how to make a link to it, but go to your favorite 1920s or 1930s Detroit Building and it is probably there ) You can vote for or against this action. Please consider doing this here. It is number 1:34. Thanks Carptrash 03:33, 28 February 2007 (UTC) PS. I found you at Cathedral Church of St. Paul, Detroit, which is in this category. I promise to expand that article if you vote in this election, or whatever it is, regardless of how you vote. I have the 100th anniversary book about it.
