[edit] D. Woods
According to D. she has the stage name because "going into this as a career i need a name that would roll, cause people would never pronounce or spell my name right. So i just abbreivated my whole name to something catchy. Plus we artists need something to separate who we are as people from what we become on stage." These are her own words from DRO, Dawn Richard's official forums.
