The Walthall County School District is a public school district based in Tylertown, Mississippi (USA). The district's boundaries parallel that of Walthall County.

There were a total of 2,732 students enrolled in the Walthall County School District during the 2005-2006 school year. The gender makeup of the district was 48% female and 52% male. The racial makeup of the district was 63% African American, 36% White, and less than 1% Asian, Hispanic and Native American.[1]
