Wallu Valpio

Jani Petteri "Wallu" Valpio (born 7th September 1973, in Jyväskylä) is a Finnish on/off celebrity, he started his career as a member of the musical group Arto Muna ja Millenium Orkesteri. He became famous on the free cable-channel MoonTV where he originally hosted the Never Trust a Hippie-programme and later other music-themed programmes, such as annual Festival Specials and Videoraati (the channel's take on Levyraati). Since the demise of MoonTV Valpio has vowed to become a representative of youth in Finnish politics, but has yet to have landed a seat in parliament.

He is still considered a notable celebrity in Finland, appearing in various tabloid-magazines.
