Wallace is a town located in Fountain County, Indiana, United States. As of the 2000 census, the town had a total population of 100.

Wallace is located at 39°59'14" North, 87°8'53" West (39.987282, -87.148050)^GR1.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 0.2 km² (0.1 mi²). 0.2 km² (0.1 mi²) of it is land and none of it is covered by water.

As of the census^GR2 of 2000, there were 100 people, 35 households, and 24 families residing in the town. The population density was 482.6/km² (1,182.8/mi²). There were 40 housing units at an average density of 193.1/km² (473.1/mi²). The racial makeup of the town was 100.00% White, 0.00% African American, 0.00% Native American, 0.00% Asian, 0.00% Pacific Islander, 0.00% from other races, and 0.00% from two or more races. 0.00% of the population were Hispanic or Latino of any race.

There were 35 households out of which 34.3% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 57.1% were married couples living together, 5.7% had a female householder with no husband present, and 31.4% were non-families. 28.6% of all households were made up of individuals and 11.4% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.86 and the average family size was 3.46.

In the town the population was spread out with 33.0% under the age of 18, 5.0% from 18 to 24, 29.0% from 25 to 44, 15.0% from 45 to 64, and 18.0% who were 65 years of age or older. The median age was 32 years. For every 100 females there were 81.8 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 91.4 males.
