I removed the comments on Adventists and nuts. If you can find proper sourcing, feel free to reinstate them. I found no proof of these claims from quick research, although Willett did work with a study involving Adventists and nuts, which doesn't mean that he is an Adventist or that it affects his nutrition science. I edited the comments on the nutrition plan since they do not conform to NPOV. This article shows that Dr. Willett is active in helping shape some of the food services at Harvard, so the claim that he 'sits idly by' is not only biased, it is not factual. [1] SkepticVK 23:29, 26 February 2007 (UTC)
