I have removed Mary Ellen Withrow from this listing as being a resident of Waldo. Withrow and her husband own and lived in home that is Richland Township Marion County Ohio, not the village Waldo nor Waldo Township proper. The property has a Waldo zip code designation, and mail is distributed from the Waldo post office for that route, however that does not make her a former resident of Waldo, nor does it bring her poperty into the legal jurisdiction of Waldo township. Furthermore, the United States Post Office does not grant postal zip codes for the purposes of delinating a community as a distinct entity for anything other than mail delivery purposes.
