[edit] Relicense
I suspect there is a better licensing category than "Fair use"; the Library's permissions are practically Creative Commons (I forget which variant, the one that requires attribution and forbids creating derivative works from it). Is there any way to ascertain the age of the original item photographed? If 1922 or earlier it is actually Public Domain under the laws that Wikipedia is subject to, as a faithful and non-novel reproduction of another work itself in the public domain due to age. I would bet money this qualifies, because Lindrum looks 20 or younger in this photo. — SMcCandlish [talk] [contrib] ツ 01:40, 27 February 2007 (UTC)
