WHERE ARE ALL THE POLICEMEN [ I,M OLD SCHOOL ] GONE ??????

Where are they rearly ! . not in the area i live thats for sure [ risca ]. Over the last 5-6yrs i have [ and friends ] trouble with not only reaching an officer [ day or night ] but even 999 calls are not answered untill 2-3 hrs later . RISCA used to be the training area for gwent ok with expansion of the police ! ! [ sorry reduction ] because there are not any police in risca . There used to be three shifts in the police station and getting things done in shift change was akward but now there isnt a police officer around . INSTANCE 1 This morning [ 13 /09/06 ] two cars drove through the town one was about three foot from the others rear bumper music blasting then the front car tried to overtake in the narrowest part of the road but swerved nearly hitting a learner driver headon , when i reported it to the station i was told that there wernt any officers around ????????. instance 2 A friend called 999 telling the police about a person driveing his car [ with no licence ]and that he was drunk after 2hrs and 4 calls to county hall two officers arrived after she was hit by this person .But due to the drunk driver with no licence did not have the decency to hand himself in they did nothing because he was in bed so he wasnt doing anything .. I,m not criticizingthe police other than the fact that there arent any .

SO PLEASE TELL ME UNLESS RISCA IS IN ANOTHER COUNTY WHERE ARE ALL THE BOBBIES
